Granulomatous enteritis

An Inflammatory disease of the large and small intestine. A single point mutation on the CARD15 gene results in the coding on tryptophan instead of arginine.

Abdominal pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, difficulty swallowing, bed-rest, long/short term hospitilazation, complications in digestive track: mouth-to-intestine, white blood cells attacking "mutant" cells, etc.
